This website, venndata.ai, is run by Venndata L.L.C-FZ (“VennData”, “we”), registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. Questions about your data go to team@venndata.ai. This policy covers this website only.

The short version

We only collect what you type into our two forms, we use it only to answer you, and we don't store it on the website. This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking.

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, your company if you give it, your email address, and your message.
• The Relay waitlist: your email address.

Nothing else. There are no accounts on this site, and it sets no cookies.

What we use it for

• To reply to your message and talk with you about the work you asked about.
• To tell you when Relay is open to new teams, if you joined the waitlist.

We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or use them for anything else.

Where it goes

• Email to our team. When you send a form, our server passes it straight on as an email to team@venndata.ai; the website itself doesn't keep it. The email is sent by Resend, our email-sending service, and kept in our company mailbox, which Google Workspace hosts.
• Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. It loads only once you start using a form, and Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy terms.
• Hosting. The site runs on Railway. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our server also holds your IP address in memory, never on disk, to limit repeated form submissions, and forgets it within about an hour.
• Booking a meeting. “Book a meeting” is a link to Calendly. If you book, Calendly handles your booking under its own privacy policy. We don't load Calendly on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and your waitlist email until Relay opens to you or you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

Email team@venndata.ai to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, and we'll do it.

If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
